The lower calorific power (L.C.P) of this waste will be 3,500 kcal/kg 
The Temperatures of combustion: Minimum will be 850oC and max 1400oC
Post combustion: >1100oC.
The Internal diameter of the Chimney: Ø 400mm² and its height: 8 m 
The Volume of the combustion chamber: 1.200 L 
The Dimension of the door for loading in cm: 70×70. 
* Burner with fuel, mono-bloc casting guiding type with horizontal flame, lighting and safety of electronic ignition, permanent ventilation, electromagnetic sluice gate of regulation and isolating valve. 
* A secondary injection of air to ensure perfect oxygen content. 
A control box ensuring the complete cycle of combustion. 

Fan: 
* Electro-ventilator distributing the secondary air, the regulation of the air flow being carried out by valves and following the control of the automatic cycle. 
Controls and regulations: 
Control box water tight to dust, including: 

* A switch circuit breaker for each engine (ventilators and burners). 
* A timer with adjustable temporization for the regulation of each burner. 
* A regulator with digital watching for the temperature of combustion. 
* A regulator with digital watching for the temperature of post combustion.

The de- ashing must be done in the bottom of the combustion chamber or the deashing should be Automatic or manual batch de ashing.

The supplier must give batches of spare parts of first urgency and consumable of the incinerator.
The installed incinerator must bear a one year guarantee.
The supplier shall perform an onsite installation of the incinerator.
The technical training of operators will have to be provided and given by a technician from  
the factory; it will consist of curative and preventive maintenance, and the use of machine, etc

The control system shall include an electronic performance monitoring and logging 
system. The system shall be capable of monitoring and logging chamber temperatures 
at regular intervals (not less than once per minute, with the capacity to vary the logging 
frequency). The system shall include the capacity to download the performance data by 
USB connection.
All the measuring devices attached with the incinerator should have digital display 
and should have provision of connecting to the recording system, which should include
fuel meter and separate energy meter.
The temperature shall be determined against the inside wall of the combustion 
chambers. An audible and visible alarm shall be installed to warn the operator when 
the secondary temperature drops to below the required temperature.
The primary chamber must meet or exceed the following criteria:
“• Heavy steel construction.

• induction air fan
• digital temperature display panel”
Optional maintenance service The contractor shall deploy an expert, fully equipped 
with all required tools and equipment, to the client to provide maintenance service of the
 installed waste incinerators, including all the parts and components (e.g., burners, 
ignitors, temperature gauges) when required.  
4.5.1 The goods, including all packaging and packing thereof, conform to the 
specifications of the Contract, are fit for the purposes for which such goods are 
ordinarily used and for any purposes expressly made known in writing in the Contract, 
and shall be of even quality, free from faults and defects in design, material, 
manufacturer and workmanship;
4.5.2 If the Contractor is not the original manufacturer of the goods, the 
Contractor shall provide UNOPS with the benefit of all manufacturers’ 
warranties in addition to any other warranties required to be provided under the Contract;
4.5.3 The goods are of the quality, quantity and description required by the 
Contract, including when subjected to conditions prevailing in the place of final destination;
The goods are free from any right of claim by any third-party, including claims 
of infringement of any 4.5.4intellectual property rights, including, but not limited 
to, patents, copyright and trade secrets;
4.5.5 The goods are new and unused;
4.5.6 All warranties will remain fully valid following any delivery of the goods 
and for a period of not less than one (1) year following acceptance of the goods 
by UNOPS in accordance with the Contract;
4.5.7 During any period in which the Contractor’s warranties are effective, 
upon notice by UNOPS that the goods do not conform to the requirements 
of the Contract, the Contractor shall promptly and at its own expense correct 
such non-conformities or, in case of its inability to do so, replace the defective 
goods with goods of the same or better quality or, at its own cost, remove the
 defective goods and fully reimburse UNOPS for the purchase price paid for 
the defective goods; and,
4.5.8 The Contractor shall remain responsive to the needs of UNOPS for any 
services that may be required in connection with any of the Contractor’s 
warranties under the Contract.
